FROM building a first of it’s kind full-service agency and production company model.
TO leading the US portfolio team to sustained client growth, new business wins and breakthrough creative.
Pitched and won LIV Golf business; strategically positioning the league with a new brand platform ahead of the 2024 season. Monks led the multimillion dollar production, managing athlete talent, as well as post enhanced by Ai, resulting in a 24% YOY lift in brand affinity compared to the 2023 launch campaign.
Produced Marker's Mark ambassador event at SHF Distillery. The activation with over one thousand attendees included custom cocktails and gifts from artisan vendors, fabrication of bottle art and tree canopies, as well as live music and gourmet food; which led to sales exceeding $112k in just one day.
Partnered with Shure and Emmy-nominated filmmaker Emiliano Ruprah to produce a long form film highlighting the versatility of their MoveMic 88+ product shot in the remote jungle of Calakmul, Mexico.
Key to new business pitches for project, 360 integrated campaign, as well as AOR engagements, resulting in a 50% win-rate and subsequent client projects not requiring RFP.
Supervised a group of ten producers with four direct reports, conducted bi-annual growth plans and quarterly reviews, achieving 80% talent retention over two and a half years.

Produced an award winning, first of its kind interactive, storytelling led recipe book to help children learn to cook with Kerrygold. While partnering with an interactive cooking school for unique recipes and an award winning author, we were able to ignite curiosity in the kitchen for families across the globe.
Launched an immersive open-world adventure for Extra Gum focused on training people how to be ‘human again’ in a post COVID world. Throughout the game, users interacted with characters, played mini games and earned coupons to aide humanity in Getting Their Ding Back!
Orchestrated the launch of AleveX, with two integrated productions shot back-to-back weeks in different countries. Resulted in AleveX being the largest and fastest growing new product in the category.

Spearheaded campaign development, strategy and execution of the award winning Wells Fargo America For Mexico campaign, resulting in a 30x increase in debit card requests, over 150 million views on Giphy and was the 3rd most talked about brand on Twitter despite not being official sponsors.
Led full scale brand launch executions, as well as interactive and social first campaigns involving look and feel exploration, UX, UI, content strategy, digital development, photography & radio.

Production lead on Wells Fargo’s Holiday Magic campaign turning any Google Maps location into a WebGL based winter wonderland. Users could add 3D elements, stumble on easter eggs and share holiday cards with loved ones. Over 55,000 cards were shared and 273,000 organic users visited the site.
As lead on the AOR Wells Fargo business, I managed a $3.5 million dollar retainer and was responsible for project heath, burn rates, resourcing, as well as partner agency collaboration.
